My mission is to make professional counseling accessible, affordable and convenient so those who struggle with life's challenges can get the help they need when and where it works for them. My style has been described by those I've worked with as warm, understanding, no nonsense, supportive and informative.
People come to psychotherapy for a variety of reasons. Some seek help because they are feeling anxious, depressed, have mood lability or recently suffered a loss. Some come to feel better about themselves or want to feel more fulfilled in their everyday lives. Others come for guidance/support regarding self-esteem, divorce, relationship issues, and/or job-related stress.

Believe it or not, it is possible to have ongoing therapy sessions via the use of confidential, online portal system. Telehealth therapy can consist of video sessions, phone sessions, and/or email and texting.
