David Cahn is a great bankruptcy attorney that my husband and I highly recommend. He helped us achieve a fresh start financially, answering 1,000+ questions along the way! He is very knowledgeable about bankruptcy filing, and he gave us really solid advice throughout our entire filing experience. His price is not outrageous considering the amount of debt you’d be eliminating (we used our tax money to bite the bullet and start the bankruptcy process). I would highly recommend the use David Cahn if in need of a lawyer! From my first interaction with Mr. Cahn he has always been extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Everything was cut and dry and made it so I could understand everything that he needed from me. He works fast, but extremely efficient and was made available anytime I had a question. He was very down to earth and did not come across as your typical lawyer. The whole process went extremely smooth and painless, but that wouldn't of been possible without his expertise!

David Cahn was wonderful to work with! I had a court date which I realized last minute corresponded with my daughter's out-of-town competition and I was terribly stressed about it. David was calm and reassuring. He represented me at court during my absence and all charges were dropped. One of my biggest pet peeves in life is non-responsiveness or being slow to respond and David was absolutely on his game....he never left me hanging and follow through was consistent.
