I purchased new tires from Westown Tire back in March based on the recommendation of a friend and have been pleased with their quality, comfort of ride, etc. Ruben's pricing was very fair and the work was completed in a timely manner. I recently returned to have a slow leak examined in one of the tires. The problem was found and corrected, again in a friendly and timely manner. This is an "old school" no frills kind of shop, but the staff are excellent multi-taskers, they explain things in a clear, easy to understand way and want you to be satisfied with your purchase and their service. I ran over a piece of metal that sliced the sidewalk of my tire. I called a "national" tire shop and they told me my tire was special order and they would have it in a week. One call to Ruben Estremera at Westown Tire and they had it the next day! Ruben Estremera is the owner and his tire shop is the best in Cleveland!!!

Woke up to a completely flat, un-drivable tire... sadness ensued. So, I unpacked my shiny new spare for the first time, popped it on, and drove my droopy tire straight to Westown Tire. They greeted me with smiles, immediately took my tire and started patching it, and told me it would be $15 and done in less than 30 minutes. $15!! They have no AC in their waiting area, but that is not nearly enough to take away from their 5-star service. They even repacked my spare, with all the equipment and styrofoam packing, perfectly back into my trunk. I was on my way home in less than 20 minutes.

Place looks dumpy from the outside but for tire repair it can't be beat. I came here to get my tire plugged and they did it within 20 minutes and were courteous and nice about it. I would definitely recommend them if you need a quick tire repair, as for anything else like car repair I dunno if they habe the facilities for it but you cant judge a book by its cover so I could totally be wrong.

I love this spot! The guys at Westown are friendly, fast, & competent, & I never feel as though they're trying to screw me over, upsell me, or take advantage of my lack of car knowledge.
For example, I had a blown tire replaced here, & they replaced it with a high-quality, slightly used tire that matched the wear & tear on my other tires - so I didn't have to get a full set replaced. Whew! They have do oil changes, & they'll fill your tires with air for free, without you ever leaving the car.

Their brake job & wheel bearings needed to be completely redone by another shop. Their cheap brake pads tore up my rotors. Mechanic forgot to screw in a bolt on my brakes, creating a dangerous situation for myself + my kids in the car. The wheel bearing they installed broke after 1 month. I'm now paying triple the cost having everything they did completely redone at another location, plus more in repairs from the damage done by their poor job.

This is the best tire shop you can find. The owner, Ruben, is very nice and his prices are the lowest anywhere! Ruben can get you a used tire, including weird size spares for trailers and wheelbarrow tires, or absolutely any brand new tire you are looking for. Service is always very quick! If you go anywhere else you are just wasting your money and won't get nearly as good service!

I was experiencing some tire problems and none of my friends were able to refer me to a mechanic. I saw this place received many positive reviews and the other Yelpers were right!
Rueben's prices are reasonable and I appreciated that he didn't try to up-sell me on additional maintenance. I'd come back again if I need future car maintenance.

I don't know how it took me so long to write this review. I picked Westown cause it was close to home and had stellar reviews. I mean, come on- when do tire and auto repair places have stellar reviews? The guys at Westown Tire were great. They hooked me up with some new tires quickly, easily, and for a great price. I had a few questions about an issue totally non-tire related that I had spent ages looking up on google and Ruben's quick-fix suggestion for me to try was spot on and resolved the issue. I came in with a rattle that seemed to be coming from under the car. Upon my own inspection, there seemed to be something dangling down. I stopped by on a whim as I leave nearby. They said they'd take a look with it up on a jack and call me back. Shortly thereafter, I received a call that it was fixed...and here's the kicker...at no charge!

I was VERY satisfied by the highly efficient service as well as the friendliness of Ruben and his staff. I just needed to replace my driver side front headlight, and other shops were quoting over double the price that Ruben had charged me for the service.
Confident care is a must when I need any car service, and Westown did a fantastic job of answering all my questions and making me feel welcome when I arrived. Their reputation precedes them and they came highly recommended, now I see why! In the future, they will definitely be my first choice for any car repair and maintenance needs.

I got into my car last Saturday morning as the temperature began to drop and my low tire sensor light came on, I thought oh god, I must have a flat tire and I am not prepared for this to happen again. I got out of the car, checked my tires, none looked flat but one looked a little unhealthy. DISCLAIMER: I KNOW NOTHING ABOUT CARS EXCEPT HOW TO DRIVE THEM.
I turned to Yelp to find the nearest, open, well-rated mechanic/tire shop. I found a couple places closer than this one but I couldn't turn away the reviews on this place. I called just to be sure that they

I was tired of getting the run around from chains, and feeling like I was getting taken advantage of. OK- so, maybe I haven't had my car fixed here *yet*, but I live with my bf and often struggle through his car issues with him (as he does mine.)
His Jeep had just been fixed and, of course, something started scraping horribly... like, makes-your-teeth-hurt scraping. Yikes. We he first heard it, he was closest to NTB, so he went inside for a quote. They told him that caliper on the left side was broken, and basically he's been driving with his brakes squeezed onto his wheel. Quote? $700. Why? They were telling him that they had to replace his brakes in pairs.
