Living Well Home Care has always operated with the understanding that there is no one-size-fits-all course of action when it comes to proving care to aging loved ones. Since each person has unique needs and circumstances, we concentrate on delivering customized care plans which we tailor for each individual following a complimentary evaluation.
Over the years, we have worked with many different long-term care Insurance providers. Living Well operates a dedicated finance department that processes and submits monthly policyholder claims to our insurance partners in a timely manner. In addition, we offer all clients a complimentary policy review, which examines all available insurance options to formulate the best possible plan for each client's specific needs.
Living Well Home Care is an established family-owned home care agency servicing both Los Angeles and Orange County. We have a deep appreciation and respect for the important role a Home Care Aide can have in the lives of our clientele. We come from a background of CNAs, HCAs, nurses, and social workers so we understand exactly what it means to provide the best care.
Whether you're transitioning from hospitalization back into the community, or decide you need or require assistance to help with certain tasks, we are here to lighten the load. Care at home can be Short-Term or Open-Ended; Part-Time or Full-Time.
