My Sprinter van got a flat tire a couple of miles from Milroy, PA. I had a spare tire in my vehicle, I just needed someone to replace it since my van didn't have appropriate equipment for that. They came and did everything for $90. Really amazing experience. They just need to change the voice on voicemail for after hours. They say one additional phone number but it's very hard to understand which number it is.

I highly recommend Bowersox Repair. I developed a flat in my pickup truck and called AAA. They were unable to get the aluminum rim off the truck and basically abandoned me 3 hours from home The people in the local truck stop recommended Bowersox. They advise me that he was a good, honest man. Calling on a Sunday night, (he answered the phone) he was confident he could help and responded quickly. He was able to make the fix in a quick and confident manner. I was charged a nominal fee compared to what it would of cost in New Jersey. Highly recommend!

As a small business with a fleet of trucks, I like to do our own service work in our own shop. But as it goes, we can't do everything ourselves. I have used this companies services at least six times now in the last six years. The first time it was just to get a tire after everyone else closed. They ain't even a tire shop. But they had one the size I needed, and helped me. I won't forget that. They do fine work at reasonable prices. Keep in mind that they are also a wrecker towing company and not a mega big shop with a hundred employees, so if they get a call sometimes that can mess up the schedule

Horrible customer service. I called and scheduled an appointment a day ahead of time. They told me to show up at 0900 for the appointment. I got there on time, just to sit around and wait 30 minutes before anyone really acknowledged me. When I asked about being seen, they asked if I had an appointment, then proceeded to tell me that I would have to wait until they were done doing whatever they were doing, which was absolutely nothing at all...

We were on vacation on our way back to our hotel which was still hours away and in unfamiliar territory ran over something on the road. We thought it had a flat tire and needed road assistance. We contacted Bowersox Truck repair in early hours of the morning. They responded quickly and after inspecting our tires and the car, it turned out it was the emergency break that was causing the problem. The young man was able to get us back on our way to our hotel within an hour and half. We were pleased with his service and his courteous and thoughtful manner.
