Tried to set up an appointment while I was going to be in Rome for a few days. Called multiple times and got no answer, so I emailed them at the address on their website. a week later, after I left Rome they emailed back to say they dont check their email... but to call, but I had already left to go back home by that point

I took my 84 year old mother for her first pedicure here. The nail tech, Elizabeth, was so wonderful! Mom already has an appointment for next month. Not only is Elizabeth great, but the place doesn’t smell like chemicals. Some nail salons the smell was so strong I couldn’t go in. Since there are only 2 chairs and she does them by appointment, it was so relaxing. No crowd and no bad smell!

My appointment on 9/3 they were kind enough to work me in for a pedicure.
I wore a mask. There were no signs posted asking clients to wear a mask. No COVID screening performed.
I was escorted by a male to my chair. He was less than 6 feet away w/o a mask, talking to me. He stated "you do not have to wear a mask we don't require it"
I stated I prefer to wear a mask.
The nail tech had a nail client, she was wearing gloves a mask and had a plexiglass separator on her station.
She paused the nail client and came to do my pedicure. She did not wear gloves while working on me

It has been one week since my pedicure. Let the pictures tell the story. Now I have to apply a special cream twice a day and take a pill every morning until this clears up!! I will never go back. I tried calling the owner but he was completely incompetent and could not hold a conversation, it's not even worth my time I will pay to have this go away and just never go back!
