PS Business Parks was organized in 1986 as a division of Public Storage, the mini-warehouse company, which, in the process of growing its business, occasionally encountered "unique" situations.
According to Wayne Hughes, the founder of Public Storage, We had some great pieces of property, but there were some zoning and planning commissions that wouldn't let us build self-storage facilities on these prime pieces of real estate without some kind of buffer. So in the early 1980's we put up other types of businesses on these properties, in front of our mini-warehouse structures.

I leased a building from them, took them 3 weeks to take the 'Available' sign down, so as I'm hosting interview days I would have random people walking in asking to lease the building. This obviously did not give the right impression for a new business.
It's been a further 4 weeks of waiting for our sign, we then checked up on the progress to find that they never put the order in. (No apology was provided)
They promised it would then be done by Friday. It's Sunday now and have heard nothing.
Very poor experience so far
