The staff were unprofessional. They wanted me to pay outta pocket for basic eyeglasses that my insurance covers 100% annually.. Basically told me to go somewhere else if I wasn't going to give them any money today. I even showed them my coverage plan. Wasn't willing to work with me on this. ???fraud??? Going to report this to medicaid. Went to 20/20 afterwards and got glasses without any money from my pocket, insurance paid 100%.
