Limited menu and server not wearing a mask during a state wide mandate and Covid surge from new variant. Food was poor to mediocre at best. I only had a shrimp quesadilla while waiting for an oil change next door. Shrimp was undercooked and quesadilla was not compressed during cooking, causing it to fall apart and impossible to cut. I tried picking up the individual pieces by hand to eat like a pizza. The shrimp was falling out everywhere and my hands were coated in grease from handling it.

We really enjoyed Cha Cha's. We have lived on Rocklin for years but had never gone to Cha Cha's. The atmosphere was colorful and fun and the food was really good. Everything is made at the restaurant. I especially enjoyed the tamotillo (sp?) salsa and the poblano mole was very good as well. We went on a Sunday afternoon and the service was quick. A nice visit. We hope to return.

Someone there changed or altered my check/receipt because they charged me for more than I authorized. Called and was told I was speaking to the manager, she said she would look into it but never called me back. Save your receipts If you choose to eat at a place that fraudulently alters checks to give themselves more of a tip.

So glad this restaurant has survived the ups and downs in service over the years. Tonight we decided to give it go for the first time in a few years - for us the down in past was the service. Great fast service, seated right away. Steve, our server was very attentive. Kept our chips full. The fajitas were excellent and corn tortillas fresh/authentic. My hubby got a quesadilla that was just standard but then again, quesadillas are about the most unexciting thing you can order. Definitely going to go back again - it is close to home, cool decor, and unique menu items. Next time I will get

The best, cleanest, yummiest, most authentic and fun Mexican restaurant around! Nice, comfy, brightly decorated and yet cozy. Dishes are both traditional and nontraditional. Try them all. The tortilla soup is a whole meal. BTW, google keeps being changed to say they're always closed, but they are open all regular hours. Stop by, they're probably open. Worth it! They have a full bar, btw.

'The Rock' is both delicious and impressive. One of my guests has Hispanic heritage and his mom is an excellent cook, and he was very impressed with his dish. He had left overs for breakfast this morning and raved again. Like almost all restaurants, they are currently short staffed, but we still received wonderful and personal service.

We were wary of trying Cha Cha's because of some of the negative reviews but some of our new neighbors eat there regularly and love it so we gave it a go. They are suffering from the same problem all restaurants are having (need wait staff) but we weren't in a hurry so no problem for us. The food was better than expected. Husband had carnitas and I had Chile Verde and in both cases, the meat was very tender and flavorful and a generous serving. We both brought enough home for at least one more meal apiece. The Texas style bean dip was an extra expense but worth it if you like spicy bean dip. The

The food has been consistently great every time we have been here. The service has been prompt. I just love the unique artists decor they have here. I personally have purchased many pieces from them! If you are in a hurry let them know when you order. Honestly My husband and I come here to relax and unwind. Very pleasant atmosphere.

I've come to cha Cha's now and then throughout the last 20 years and I'm here now. This place makes me happy, especially when I want a hit of color and music. Ok I'm not an expert on Mexican food but the food here is at least as good as any other I've had. Today I am sipping on a strawberry margarita, and dining on chicken enchiladas which are BEAUTIFUL. The chips are warm and fresh and the salsa excellent.

Place was empty and the service was terrible. Took 10 minutes just to get some soft drinks going. And then another 30-45 minutes for lunch, the place was empty the whole time we were there with the exception of a few people at the bar. Not only was it the worst food we've eaten but it was very expensive. $17 for a burrito and $14 for a bowl of soup. Never coming back here.

One Chimechonga the menu states 11.95. But the bill comes in
at 18.95. I question it she argues with me. I TELL her it's on the menu at 11.95. If that's not bad enough she never came back to talk to me. I WAVED her down several times. I'm tired want to go home. She never came back I sat there and sat there. Finally I gave up threw 20 buck on the counter. Came

Found this place completely through word of mouth! Sooooo delicious, whether you're looking for a yummy family dinner, a full bar to grab a drink with friends or coworkers (we frequent often!) literally whatever- as long as you want yummy drinks ($9-$13 each) or yummy Mexican food ($$ not too pricey but a little bit) cha chas is awesome and has real Mexican decor/atmosphere and vibes. Will be back a milllllion more times

The food was Reallllly bad. I dont even remember what I ordered and I cant tell by looking at it. I know shrimp was supposed to be in it but I only found one piece of shrimp. And they call that a salad? Tbs of iceberg lettuce and two pickled jalapenos. I asked for a shot of tequila and they wanted to charge me 10 dollars for the house tequila.
The only reason they got 2 stars is because it's a beautiful restaurant. I loved the giant pig and the tree.

Thanks Adrianna for the free lunch today. I remember you offering me a free meal and drink when you worked at BK so I had to swing by during lunch to check this place out.
I wanted to give it more than 1 star because you were nice and a great server, but the food was disgusting. I have to be honest, It was by far the most disgusting "Authentic" Mexican food I've had. I wouldn't come out of my way or recommend it.
