It started in a small rented office at the corner of Main and Peru Streets. Because of our strong belief in service, integrity, and a "Can-Do" attitude, our company has prospered and grown. In the fall of 1994, Success Realty purchased an older home at 426 N. Main Street in Princeton. After extensive renovations to the building and grounds, we moved in.
Since this time, we have added the Carriage House and additional office space. Our facilities are second to none - all designed to provide you with the best service possible. Melissa has worked as a real estate broker with Success Realty since 2005 so the transition was seamless. Our Mission has always stayed the same and it is to meet the real estate needs of buyers and sellers, Success Realty provides honest and professional dealings.

Her and her husband, Tom, bought the business in 2020 and she became the Managing Broker. She is a member of Illini Valley Association of Realtors, Illinois Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors.
