Dr Ho did my cleaning and explained in detail my treatment and Ada was the assistant, she was assuring and timely making my visit pleasant and getting me in and out! Love the tv on the ceiling!!

This is my favorite dental office. The office is very clean and organized. I have been going to this office for over 10 years. Dr. Ho and the staff are friendly, caring, and knowledgeable. I received friendly reminder notes for my cleaning routine or a friendly call for my appointment. It helps me keep up with my schedule. Their schedule is flexible. I can see the dentist ASAP if I have an emergency.
I receive a new travel size toothbrush, floss, mouth wash every 6 months. There is a TV in the waiting room along with many different magazines. There's also a TV on the wall so the patients

This place is DIRTY. If I could give no stars, I would. I almost walked out as soon as I walked in, but decided I would stay and give them benefit of the doubt.. but it only got worse. They didn't wear gloves when they put their hands in my mouth. They told me they don't normally make appointments for white people, but they made an exception for me. I was disgusted and will never go back.

I've been going here ever since I was a little girl and qualified for free stickers after my visit. Dentist visits are never an enjoyable prospect, but Dr. Ho and the staff are always so sweet and caring. My cleanings and filings have always been quick and painless. I love that the hygienist gives me feedback when she cleans my teeth so I can know what areas to work on. They are super efficient so that I was in and out in 15 minutes.

I'm surprised the business is still open! I came there years ago and never came back. The dentist gave me 6 injections and still failed to numb my nerve. He then left the tip of the file (broken during the root canal cleaning process) inside my tooth and suggest me to pay $1500 to go to a specialist (surgeon) to remove it. Neither the dentist or the owner apologized or took the responsibility. Horrible professional practice!

This place is great! well the only dentist id go to is Dr. Ho. He is very nice and remembers patients. I've had two root canals done by him and each one has been great .. He is very patient and does great work.
It is also great because they have late and weekend hours for patients who work Monday through Friday!

They accept insurance and the payments are great deals! I recently moved down to the suburbs and I'm glad my husband recommended this place!

These guys overbook the dentist and then dentist keeps jumping from one patient to other. When you go for next appointment, some other dentist works on your tooth. It is like, they are trainee and practice on your tooth. Never go to this place.

I went back the other day because I was experiencing some pain that I just couldn't hold off anymore. Even though I no longer had insurance, he still took 4 x-rays and gave me a complete exam of my whole mouth, not just the problem area. Not only could I afford the visit without insurance and a job, but what I admire most is the personalized service and care. He didn't just want to look at a problem area, but he did a thorough exam just to be sure. He is very professional, trustworthy and comprehensive.
