What a disappointment their Turbo and customer service has been. We bought one 6 months ago and when it came to returning the core, They wouldn't tell me where to send it after a bunch of back and forth so there was a loss of money. Then the new Turbo blew up at the 6 month mark, leaving me and my family stranded on a major highway on Thanksgiving weekend. We finally get them after 3 weeks of my vehicle being stranded 2 states away from home and thousands of dollars to get our family home safe to send a new one, but wait it will be another 3 weeks! I purchased a Fleece Cheetah for a 6.7 powerstroke from a distributor, which turned out to be defective. I called Fleece performance spoke with Scott, by the way represents this business very well. Customer service is excellent and not to mention I had a totally different turbo at my door step at the next business day. Thank you Fleece, thank you Scott for your services and quick response. Just want to give a big shoutout to Evan and Corbin for helping me with my truck in a time of need. I did some modifications to my truck and needed a retune before it could be driven. Given the circumstance they were able to get me in very quickly. My truck wasn’t cooperating so Corbin went the extra mile and pulled my ecu out of the truck even though we were outside in the parking lot mid winter. He flashed it on the bench for me so I could get on the road and reinstalled it while I waited. Thanks again Fleece !

I had a whole bunch of issues with shipping because of a few mistakes on UPS end. I had paid extra for 3 day shipping for a steed speed manifold and my manifold still wasnt going to get to my address in Idaho until after the 3 day date because UPS dropped the ball. I needed the manifold to get to my address in Idaho by a certain date because I was going to be driving from my place in Idaho up to my house in Alaska and bringing all my stuff with me. Fleece cancelled the original order and sent a completely different manifold free of charge to my other address in Alaska which was a lot more expensive
