We used July Quality Construction to remodel our master bathroom. We had a small bath with stand up shower and converted it to a ADA master bathroom. I cannot say enough good things about this company. The owner Tim July was amazing to work with designing a new bathroom. The work that his staff performed was impeccable. Ditto the project manager did an amazing job!! Their work is beyond perfect!! We cannot be more pleased with our new bathroom. This company is professional, meticulous and covered every detail we wanted. You will not be disappointed with their workmanship. The quality of work exceeded

I would give July's Quality Construction a 10 if I could. Our experience exceeded our expectations. Skip was the first team member we met. Skip was very nice and detail oriented. He put great care into the planning of our Kitchen. Our construction team, Mike and Wayne arrived every day on time and ready to work. We always knew what the plan was for the day and were never disapointed. They paid great attention to details and worked on our home as if it were their own. We had the pleasure of meeting Tim July when we called and had him come for an estimate on a bathroom remodel. He was courteous, informative and had good suggestions for us. We contracted with him after a couple meetings, set a start date and furnished a deposit which is usually customary. We began to make selections for the remodel and even had Tim special order a shower base. As we were going through the process of visiting showrooms and businesses, we were extremely impressed by the comments from people that know Tim in the business and how much respect they have for him, that definitely told

We were so lucky to have found July's Quality Construction! We had an issue with a bathroom that we found wasn't done properly. After a few years the quality and craftsmanship fell apart, and we started to get water damage. Tim came in assessed the situation, and was able to provide us with a great price, and by far the best workmanship we have seen. Not only did they go out of their way to fit us in, (since this was the only bathroom with a shower or tub). The work ethic demonstrated by Tim and his employees was second to none. We've had quite a bit of work done by Tim July in the past 15 years. He is the most professional contractor we have had. Very efficient, prompt and reasonably priced. The custom work he did in our basement on the custom bar was impeccable! I would highly recommend him for any remodel job, or new decking!
