We all know how insurance companies can be, but I must say that I have never had a better experience than with kitty’s office. The staff is always so kind and helpful when I have questions or need to make changes to my policy. I love that I can actually speak to someone day or night and not feel like a burden.

I have been a customer with both car and home owner insurance for a whole lot of years. Mistakes have been consistent. But this mistake is not excusable. I have roadside assistance; so I call for a tow. I tell them hwy 93 north of kingman heading toward Boulder city nv..they send a truck down i40. 8am this begins at this moment it's 11:51am and my husband and I are still waiting. In the desert on the side of the hwy. During the numerous conversation no professionalism from the agents. No compassion for leaving good paying customers in this position. Only for the supervisor to state.; "
