Everything started off well. Brian was knowledgeable and he answered a multitude of questions for me. After feeling comfortable I then signed all my paperwork and gave information to take a $2500 retainer on Friday. A weekend and four days later after me continuing to call I was told by the assistant that Brian has too much work and won’t be taking my case. My time was wasted! He knew wether he had the time for me the moment he spoke to me…so why did he not tell me?! Then my phone calls keep getting dodged when I wanted to let Brian know I had signed an engagement letter so how is it possible

Used these guys for a credit card that was suing my mom to get it dismissed. And the communications was horrible and they didn’t seem to care and seem pretty aggravated whenever we call for progress reports. After months of paying and $1000 later they advised us to just settle. She did as they recommend because she lost faith that they cared and things may get worst if she didn’t but that’s not what she paid for and why I hired them for her. I could of negotiated that settlement by myself and for free instead of $1000 . I live by reviews so I’m putting this here to maybe save someone else

I had the pleasure of working with Dan for several incidents:
The first was with our landlord who was being unresponsive on our 8+ service requests that had not been responded to for over 2 months. Dan offered advice on the best way to get both the landlord and management company to respond and it worked really well! We had people fixing up our rental house within 48 hours!
The second time was when we wanted to end our lease early. Again, Dan offered advice on the best way to go about this and we were able to satisfactorily end our lease without extra charges.

I received an eviction notice on my door and the same day had an ad for Korte & Associates in my mailbox. I called and they said I had an excellent case and told me exactly what I needed to do. This is a no-nonsense attorney. Although I did not need the services, I highly recommend giving them a call because they are honest and helpful.
