Services
We combine our specialty training which gives us the unique opportunity to monitor your child's growth and development and to treat them when we recognize the problems. Pre- and post-natal consultations are available for parents and children up to 12 months of age, at no cost. The prevention of dental disease, trauma, eruption patterns, oral habits and fluoride supplements are discussed.
Solea is the first CO2 dental laser system cleared by the FDA for hard, soft and osseous tissue procedures. It was developed in Boston, Massachusetts by Convergent Dental based on research conducted at the University of California School of Dentistry. Solea offers a unique wavelength guided by sophisticated computers to deliver virtually painless dental procedures for both teeth and gums from simple cavities to complex surgeries.
At Milestones Pediatric Dentistry, we use our state-of-the-art Solea Co2 Laser to perform frenectomies, also known as Lip- and/or Tongue-Tie release. This procedure facilitates breastfeeding, reduces dental decay, and encourages cranial-facial development. From experience and research, Dr. Lubrano believes that any mother who wants to breastfeed should be able to do so and do so without pain.

The American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry and the American Dental Association recommend that children have their first dental visit by age one. It's our mission to make your child's first visit to the dentist enjoyable, positive, and educational.
The purpose of this first visit is to provide you and your family with the knowledge and skills to care for your child's teeth now and in the future, as well as to establish a dental home for your child. We will review brushing and flossing, then clean your child's teeth. Depending on your child's risk for developing cavities, x- rays may or may not be taken.

Dr. Lubrano and all the staff are always very warm and welcoming. My child is always very excited to go to the dentist even though it also makes him nervous. Office is cheerful and Every where you look it is decorated to help kids have something to look at. We went last week and even during covid all masked up it was a positive experience:)
