When they became our condo's management company, they studied our property's physical and financial situations, carefully and accurately. Lone Eagle has been great for Time Equities' business for quite some time now. They have been pro active about letting us know if a window pane was cracked on a weekend, to getting a plumber out to stop a leak before the tenant called us. They are truly great partners when helping us manage our assets.

As a Board member of a condominium complex, I appreciate that they are available 24/7 with management personnel answering the phone as opposed to an answering machine during business hours. After hours, they return your call with minimal wait time. When major projects are happening on site, there is always someone overseeing the work.
I like the fact that Lone Eagle hires professionals that are a good fit for our complex. For the 28 years I have lived here, the plumbers, electricians and landscapers have remained the same and have excellent work ethics.

It starts with the DeBiasse family touch and professionalism from top to bottom as property managers and great human beings. I've been a tenant of one of their Madison two bedroom properties for 8 years + and value the family 1st personal touch, follow up, and attention to detail their management team provides. Communication is key and transparency with responsiveness is very important as a tenant. The DeBiasse's (Jo, Ron Sr. and Ron Jr.) have all played a key role in delivering that experience from year 1 to present day.
