Dr. Clauss and staff were very welcoming and made my daughter feel comfortable with her first visit. Everything was explained very clearly to me. We look forward to our next visit.

Edit: Dealing with this practice is becoming more and more unpleasant. They offer some appointments only at certain times- during the day- which is a disruption to the work and school day. Additionally I called because my son, yet, again, has a loose bracket and wires sticking out in his cheek/gums. The office receptionist asked me what he ate. Really!? Are we assuming that I allow my child to eat whatever he wants when we’ve spent thousands to fix his teeth!? Not every issue is caused by the patient. Very happy with this practice! Great attention to detail, everyone is very nice & they go out of their way to be sure you receive the best care! They always answer all of our questions & made my kids & myself feel very comfortable. We recently needed an appointment for an issue my daughter had with her permanent retainer. They got her in promptly and did a great job! 3 kids, 3 great smiles to last a lifetime!!

Had a great braces experience with Claude Orthodontist. Even once I got them off and received my retainer, they have been helpful all the way especially once I lost them. Great staff and always quick & helpful!

We are new to the Clauss Orthodontics office. I used a previous orthodontist for 2 of my other children, but the Clauss team goes above and beyond with every aspect of the braces treatment for my son. We were very fortunate to find them and I’m already planning to have my last child start, now that my son is on his last month there.
They work with you and keep you updated every step of the way, which I take comfort in because my schedule is very busy.

My son is excited for every visit. The workplace and waiting room are very clean and comforting. All prodecures and/or techniques are thoroughly explained to him and I. As a busy parent I especially enjoy the appointment reminders and expected duration to carefully plan my day. Dr. Clauss and associates are too kind and create a safe, fun place for orthodontic work.

I highly recommend Claus Orthodontics. Our journey from the first appointment until the last can only be defined as fabulous! Everyone you meet from front desk and throughout the office is so friendly and pleasant. Even with Covid 19, we were always well informed and the quality of care didn't skip a beat. Such a professional group of people who make you feel comfortable and at ease. Both office locations are convenient and easy to get to.
