Well-Spring Solutions offers a full slate of community-based care services for older adults with dementia in Greensboro and High Point and throughout Guilford County, NC. Adult day service and group respite care make up the core services of Well-Spring Solutions' memory support programming.
In addition, Well-Spring Solutions offers home care exclusively to residents of our sister organization, Well-Spring, A Life Plan Community, and access to people who are on our waiting list to move in there.Our Just1Navigator program offers a free assessment and customized care recommendation by a social worker to older adults and their families who are not sure what their best options are - whether that service is provided by WellSpring or not.

The Well-Spring Group is a not-for-profit organization whose mission is to provide aging-adult services which create an experience that exceeds the needs of an evolving and diverse population of older adults. Serving Greensboro, NC and Guilford County, The Well-Spring Group is the parent company of Well-Spring Solutions, which includes a full slate of home- and community-based services, Well-Spring, A Life Plan Community, and PACE of the Triad.
Well-Spring Solutions offers a full slate of services to help older adults remain as independent as possible. For example, one option is one of our adult day services. The Memory Care Center is an adult day center for adults age 60-plus with a diagnosis of dementia. The center provides a safe and secure setting for frail and impaired adults, including a breakfast, lunch and snack and social activities.
