Oral Surgery Report

Although permanent teeth were meant to last a lifetime, there are a number of reasons why tooth extractions may be needed. I called was trying to make an appointment, explain why I wanted services and the receptionist rudely cut me off in mid sentence and in a aggravated voice said "so what do you need sir". Well needless to say I will definitely not go there.

I never actually visited this office, my experience was only talking with the receptionist who seemed extremely annoyed when I was only asking a question. Saying they didn't perform the procedure that I was asking about, which is completely fine. It was her tone of voice that made me just want to hang up the phone and never call again. Which by the way, I won't. 😊

I called to get 3 teeth extracted. I told the receptionist I have one broken off at the gum line. She said you'll need an oral surgeon. ? Isn't that in their description? I guess I don't understand???
She said they don't do them here. ???

This is the first time I have deviated from Dr. Gary Lewis located in Moundsville. Advanced Dentistry got me an appointment in less than a week from the day I called. Matt filled 2 cavities and I am very pleased with the results. It's obvious he is well practiced and I will be returning for further dental work. Thanks for a job well done.

I hadn't been to a dentist in 5+ years due to fear, and so far, I've had a WONDERFUL experience at Advanced Dentistry. The staff is friendly and kind, Dr. Matt is professional and gentle, and the overall procedure was quick and almost totally painless. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family and I'm so happy I decided to go there.

Great experience from the first visit. I had a tooth that needed pulled and the staff fit me in immediately. I've continued going there for 2 years now. There is never a wait and the entire staff is very friendly. I recommend them to everyone.

This is an amazing office with so many fantastic people. My number one is my mom, Patti Sparachane ,who has been keeping my teeth clean and healthy my whole life. She has my two children excited to get their teeth cleaned. For a 3 & 5 year old that’s a huge win. Great picture guys!!!
