The cost should not be the most important issue; when consulting a potential technician, since the procedure you are contemplating will be permanent on your face! Some of the important factors to consider are the experience, skill, expertise and artistic ability! Do not price-shop a permanent procedure on your face!
This may vary according to each individual's pain threshold, however, topical anesthetics are used to numb the area and minimize discomfort. Most people describe a mild pricking sensation or like plucking the brows. It may be sore in the area for a couple of days afterwards, but it is not anything that should keep you from going about your normal routine.
