Highly recommend this Dial-a-Maid service. Keep on schedule and will check if a schedule change is needed. Frequently ask if areas need a different service. Send reminders before cleaning day. Very polite and respectful of your time. Good value. Will continue to use their service.

Not only did the crew arrive 45min late (beyond the time range I was given), but they also rushed the service. They left lots of dust everywhere and I had to ask them several times to clean certain areas. Overall, would not recommend- there are much better services in Evanston.

I scheduled a one time cleaning with Dial-a-Maid. When I wasn’t completely satisfied with how the cleaning went, I called and they sent someone back the next day to fix things! Very friendly management and good service :)

I recently had Dial A Maid come to my home before a big family gathering. They sent two employees. I am so pleased with the service. They were so professional as well as friendly.
