My name is Jonathan Garcia Owner and Operator of ProGreen Clean LLC. I am 32 years young and born and raised in SA, TX. I have 3 years experience in commercial and residential pressure washing, I started this business because my grandfather taught me to leave this world a better place than what you found it.

Soft washing is a cleaning method that uses a low pressure washing technique, along with a mixture of algaecides, bleach, surfactants and water, to safely clean exterior surfaces of organic stains, mildew and algae. Although soft washing, power washing and pressure washing seem similar they all use different techniques, equipment, pressure and chemicals.

My metal roof needed cleaning badly. I called another roof cleaning company and they scheduled an appointment for a week later to have "someone" come by and give me an estimate. The person came by and I never got a call back from the company. I called two weeks later and I was told that the "salesman" had not returned with the quote but, that, they would try to locate him to give the quote. I told them to go ahead and send me the quote but, that they apparently were not interested in new business. After a few days they sent me the quote. Anyway, with that bad experience, I went down the line on

The progreen clean service soft washed the white stone on my house that was coated in black mold within an hour the stone was completely clean. I also had my driveway and walk way power washed which makes the property really stand out when you see the unwashed sidewalk next to it.

ProGreen did a power wash cleaning for my parents, they had their driveway and sidewalk cleaned. They were more than completely satisfied! They said the cleaning was fast and thorough, they thought it would be a long process. My parents can’t stop looking at the before and after pics and said they didn’t realize how much brighter and fresher the house looks. My dad said It also makes the street appeal better. Great experience for them...and me!

I hired ProGreen Clean to pressure wash my driveway, they gave me a reasonable quote and arrived on time to get the project done. Edgar is the gentleman that performed my services, he was professional and did a great job. Once he finished we were talking and he found out I was a first responder, he immediately gave me a discount and thanked me for what I do. He followed up by talking about we need to take care of each other as a community and he is dedicated to doing so in the San Antonio area which is home. Stand up guy and I highly recommend this company!
