Leroy came to measure, even though I had detailed drawings and measurements on graph paper, and said the $350 would go towards a cabinet. He came for ten minutes, I decided to go with a different company after I read more google reviews. And sure enough he never put the $350 towards any cabinet or refunded me any portion even though he kept saying he would and that oh he forgot to pay me and covid has made him so backed up and busy. Blah blah... Sorry Leroy, you earned this rating, and you are not trustworthy.

Owner LeRoy (real name James Lang) is the worst person to deal with after he takes half of you money down. He delivers inferior quality countertops, untimely, and unprofessionally. Our sink fell off and he refused to repair it. Do not let the name fool you. LeRoy does not fabricate anything at all. He is a poor middle-man who buys cabinets from only store and poorly assembles them. You are better off with anyone else. Avoid the same mistake we made and take your business elsewhere!

I would NOT recommend this local business. The owner Leroy provided the worst communication with us and his own team. The counter tops installed are beautiful, but they installed the wrong sink, didn’t replace with the correct sink, left us with out water for 2 days, didn’t communicate what they don’t do, and charge full price for the wrong sink.… The agony of dealing with the owner and his lack of honesty and professionalism isn't worth the price. It’s unfortunate that the owner is the problem. Also, the Minnesota Attorney General has made 4 attempts so far to reach

1) The communication is horrible. I kept calling to find out an estimate of when my countertops would be ready and Leroy kept saying he would get to me in the "near future." This went on for a week or two, and then he called randomly one day saying they were ready to install, even though they don't remove your existing sink, so I said it wasn't ready then. This is something you should tell your customer that needs to be done if you are not going to be the one to remove the sink so the countertops can be installed.

Leroy is awesome, he became my best friend whether he wanted to or not!! We've used them for two kitchen counter tops now. Their selection is great and the prices even better. Norm also installed a farmhouse sink for me when many others wouldn’t!! Made my day! In our first house the measure date to Install was 2 weeks and in our 2nd house it was 5 days!! I even brought them cupcakes because I was so pleased with the service! Will go back again no doubt and tell all my friends about them!
