I just received my Covid Booster. It was busy but well organized. The wonderful lady giving me my shot was the nicest, gentlest person I have ever had administer a shot in my entire life. I hate needles, like I bawl like a child usually (can't help it, phobia). Whatever else I need done, I will be coming back here. You can tell she absolutely cares about what she does. Thank you.

Horrible customer service from the manager and Christina. She in particular is very unprofessional and could really using some proper customer service training. Obviously that won’t be coming from management, as he needs some training too. That type of culture comes from the top down. If you have any standards at all, find a different company to do business with.

I would give a 0 if it were an option. We had a rough experience; one I have never had with a professional business. We are calm and rational individuals, yet we were spoken to rudely, interrupted continuously, and there was absolute refusal to discuss the situation. And this was by the business owner! Broken product, horrid customer service, and a patient who didn't have what was needed.

I have been referring my clients to best care since they first opened and I will not refer any more of my clients they no longer care about the needs of the client only how much they can bill Medicare. Even my daughter was entitled to a new electric wheelchair and they sent out a cheap "rental " wheelchair instead of providing a new chair that she was entitled to . I will be calling Medicare directly about their fraudulent billing practices. They will try to get more money if the client is not savvy about Medicare. This place is the WORST!!! Had a hospital bed delivered to my Moms place in Arroyo, which came right away and it’s rented by the month for 200.00 dollars So cool that’s great, right????
She hated it and after 2 weeks I called to have it picked up. This is going on the 3rd promise that they would be there to pick it up. Even the so called owner promised 1 of the pick up dates, yet there it sits at my Moms. Believe me if they think they will get another 200.00 dollars out of me, they got another thing coming. Come get your Freaking Bed!!!! Unbelievable this so called company !!!!! The Worst

Poor customer relations. They care about money more than their customers. I rented knee scooter that was due back on the weekend. Because They are not open on the weekends if I returned it the following Monday I would be charged and extra week. Because of this I am not going to have them fill my many monthly prescriptions. Their loss. Furthermore, when I rented the knee scooter the associate did not know how the brakes worked or how to make it portable. Overall experience, THUMBS DOWN

After reading the reviews I was nervous to take in my script for a tens unit. My insurance is not commonly accepted. Cen Cal. I was greeted with a smile, did not have to wait. The 2 ladies that helped me were kind and professional. They answered all my questions and explained all I needed to know. To end my review I left with the tens unit with lots of info. They were awesome!!!!!
