You can get a home inspection on the house you are purchasing. This will allow a license inspector to inspect every area of the home. They cost of the inspection is estimated $350. 4. Any funds due at the closing will have to be paid in certified funds. We know that buying a home, business or property takes a lot time and effort on your part.

I have contacted them three times now. Once by phone and twice by email. The first time I tried to contact them was through their website. I found the properties that my husband and I were interested in and filled out their 'on-line' form. After a few days, and no response, I called the office. I spoke with one of the realtors who continued to speak over me while I was giving her my contact info that she had asked for. Once she found out that we were interested in land only, her tone of voice changed to irritation and she hastened the conversation to end. She had said that she would get the information
