This company is committing fraud, they are collecting payment and not processing the insurance. Stay away, I had been with them for 3 years and the company in the last year has gone downhill. The company charged me for insurance and never paid my policy. After 3 months they called me asking for the payment I already had made. Then after an additional two weeks they informed me I had been driving without insurance for the last 3 months. They assured me it would be reinstated and then told me they could not reverse the cancellation. I was able to reach out to my agent who quit and get my policy reinstated
