They did decent job. but their customer serivce is not great.
i tipped them before i see my car's work done.
first i see my car there are numbers in ink pen on my windowshiled and back .
i asked front desk there are numbers on my windowshiled.
she handed it to me dry towel.
is that suppose to be my job ??
one of employee was looking at me while i am wipping off the numbers.
but no asking for help.
after i tipped you this is what i get.
i felt like i wasn't good customer.
owner Christian reached me out after he looked my review. he replied me right away with apology.
he took my complain

Laziest , most unprofessional business ever.
I honestly don't even know how they're rated 4.5 stars, They will take things apart from your vehicle & not put them back correctly at all (if they even place them back) . If you ask for body work before the wrap they'll still place the wrap over what needs to be repaired. The more and more you bring your car back for repairs (of their work you paid for) the more they seem to mess other things up . STAY AWAY !

Loyal customer for all my car needs! Whatever job they do it lasts forever my rims on my last car looked brand new after being painted 4 years ago. Now with my new car I did a glossy black chrome delete and rims and I love it! Super quick, good prices, and amazing work everytime. You can tell Christian cares about the quality and treats customers like VIP! Definitely reccomend.

Took my car in to get my rims done. They did a decent job. Came back to tell them to fix some dings and scratches. They couldn't give me an estimate or when my car would be done for about 3 days after taking my car in and quoted me double what their estimate was. They gave the car back to me 5 days later, scratches were still there, the paint chips were filled in with a non matching color. In fact, there were more scratches then when I dropped it off. They told me they couldn't fix the paint chips and they would buff out the scratches which they said I'll need to drop off

I liked that I dealing with the owner, Christian, directly. He was very responsive and answered all my questions in a straightforward way.
Christian went as far as updating me on the progress with videos. He also gave me a very good price for tinting my windows using a ceramic film plus he ceramic coated the whole car after it was wrapped. He also painted my brake calipers.

I arrived for an APPOINTMENT that I had made 2 weeks prior, on time and ready to go. Not to mention, I had called the day prior to make sure everything was in order and asked a few questions. Upon approaching the desk, I was told they were booked and another appointment could be made for 2 weeks from now. They were backed up and had received an unscheduled WALK IN earlier in the morning and now did not have time for my APPOINTMENT. What then is the point of making appointments? I called around to town and yes they do have decent prices HOWEVER I dropped my car off early in the morning and they it kept ALL day and unfortunately overnight after I didn't hear from them all day and calling back and forth.
As I picked my car up the next morning, it still wasn't ready and I had to wait another 20min or so for it! I dropped my car off with gas mileage showing a reminder of ~250miles then picked it up at 208. I would just be EXTREMELY cautious when leaving your car and accept the risk..

I went in to get curb rash repair on 2 of my rims for my 2017 Mustang GT. 1st and foremost they have the best staff hands down. Friendly and chill environment. And as far as service goes, not only did they fix my two damaged rims they also touched up the other two free of charge and washed my car. On December 15, 2020, my car was stolen out of my driveway. There was damage all over my car. I was stressing out, as I've had a bad experience with my previous repair shop. I asked one of my closes friends if she could recommend me a shop. Her words, "I wouldn't trust anyone else with ours cars but Dipped Auto". I can't express how happy I am to have brought my car here. Christian (the owner) helped me through it all, even having to deal with the insurance and the whole process was smooth. Christian and his team here were super awesome! Hands down blew away my expectations with both quality and price for my paint correction and ceramic coating done on my 2013 Tesla Model S! I had driven in from Colorado and hit severe snow storms that left clear scratches all over my car after brushing off the snow. After leaving it with Christian, the car looks even better than new for a very reasonable price! Stopped by a few weeks before truck was delivered to review options. Met by Christian at the desk, went over a few options and he gave me his card for whenever I was ready with the truck.
Finally got a break from work to take the truck by the shop. They got busy with the coronavirus restrictions easing up but were able to get me in.
Very happy with the outcome.

- 3M Carbon fiber wrap for a few interior trim pieces
- install and wrap of center cup

"I don't believe that you guys did a good job on this. The only part of the job done satisfactory is the dent repair. Where you dipped the hood, you can see the cracks in the old paint. Road tar, wheels not properly cleaned. It appears that the paint was not buffed and compounded, just waxed. You can see shallow scratches everywhere. Also, there is dip over spray left on many of the car panels. None of the chrome was polished. There is old compound on the plastic parts that weren't buffed. The Windows were not cleaned properly on the inside. Plus, as you know the trunk carpet wasn't touched." Me
