Dr. Curtis is a board-certified specialist in orthodontics and dentofacial orthopedics. Orthodontic specialists are dentists that have completed an additional three years of full-time specialty training and practice ONLY orthodontics. In addition, they are recognized by the American Dental Association and the American Association of Orthodontists in their specialty.
Our state of the art office is conveniently located within walking distance of downtown Brea and the Birch Street Promenade. We are in the Gas Light Square off of Orange Street, one block east of Brea Boulevard, and one half block north of Imperial Highway. Dr. Curtis is a wonderful Orthodontist. All three of our children have been under his care. I can't recommend him highly enough. He is kind, listens to our questions and is incredibly skilled in what he does. He also has a wonderful way with kids. We are beyond grateful for Dr. Curtis and his fantastic office staff.

My whole family has come Dr. Curtis and his fabulous staff for all of their orthodontic needs. I've never seen such kindness and patience with each and every patient. There always busy because they're the best. The cleanliness before Covid-19 was phenomenal and now they're even safer. I highly recommend for anyone who wants the best orthodontist care.

What can I add that others have not already said about this amazing place? For the longest time, I wanted braces to correct issues with my bottom teeth. And when I was younger, my parents could not afford braces for me. As I became an adult, I could not justify spending money on braces when I had/have so many other financial responsibilities, especially with children in the picture. But after years of neglecting myself and my goal of a better smile, I finally decided to move forward with braces.

I found Curtis Orthodontics because I was referred to by my dentist. My dentist told me that I needed braces, but I never experienced braces. My parents gave me advice of the many challenges braces give you, but I still pushed through. Dr. Curtis and his staff are quite the team! They have a wide range of office hours and are always willing to accommodate my work schedule. Dr. Curtis and his entire staff are top notch! I have two of my boys (ages 10 and 7) being treated here and I have been thrilled with the care they receive. Everyone who works with them is so warm and kind and my boys feel at ease during all of their visits and procedures. Braces can be scary and we have had nothing but a positive experience! Who knew braces could be fun and cool?! My 7 year old loves having his braces even learned how to use a water pic to clean his teeth!! I had a phobia of going to the dentist and orthodontist to get braces ever since I was little, 25 years later I fought my fears and came! I was scared to smile all my life but Dr Curtis and his assistants made everything so much easier and now my smile is so much better and built my confidence up 10 folds.

As an adult it's kinda daunting to restart the braces process all over again. Curtis Ortho has been referred to me actually by a fantastic periodontist, and my experience with them so far has been extremely pleasant. Everyone is kind, very friendly and engaging. They follow up just to see how you're doing to make sure you're okay. Super sweet staff. I love it here ^_^

I must say, going to Dr. Curtis was definitely one of the smartest decisions I've ever made. After researching and checking out all the other doctors around my area, I knew instantly that he was the right choice after my initial consultation.
Every time I come in, I was always greeted with warm welcomes and smiles. The entire staffs are a fun and loving bunch, it really made me feel like I was a part of their family.
The only gripe I would have is that they haven't picked my name from the raffle jar. what's up with that? hmmm??
But all jokes aside

Honestly, Dr. Curtis was extremely nice and well-knowledged. What made me not choose to do treatment at this office was the staff.
At my initial consultation, I felt like it was really pushy and there were some problems with my insurance that we had to work out. I have my insurance from my company and it specifically includes ortho treatment but I was told that it does not include adults. First of all, why would my work ask us to buy dental insurance if it doesn't cover us? We are all working adults? All my co-workers have the same insurance and were covered.

There is no other office I would want to do my Invisalign with!! I was so scared being an adult, who's getting married next year, to go to the orthodontist. I know Invisalign existed but wasn't sure if I was a candidate. I had done the braces thing before and was very nervous. I met with Dr Curtis and knew that was going to be "my place". Dr Curtis, and the rest of his office staff, made me feel so comfortable. I was so excited, I could cry. I'm starting my treatment in a few weeks and I could not be more excited!

I have failed miserably as a mom when it comes to my daughter's teeth. I have entrusted her to some incompetent and unethical dentist. They have extracted 3 baby molars without any preventive care. Now her mouth is crowded and there is malocclusion. I have prayed that I would find an orthodontist that could help.

I've been going to Dr. Curtis for years now, and I cannot say enough good things about him. He is an amazing doctor, very personable, and excellent at his craft!
His office is very welcoming, and him and all of his employees are very friendly. Dr. Curtis is the only one that I trust with my orthodontic care. I highly recommend him and his well-trained staff!
