My mom and I had an excellent experience with Dr. Serrao and the team. They all get to know you and remember you, Dr. Serrao is one of the few physicians I have come across that addressed wellbeing as a whole rather than focused. He is also very charismatic and honest, wants what is best for your unique characteristics. I will continue to visit.

I have been under Dr. Serrao's exceptional care for 15 years (and counting!). His high level of expertise, experience, charisma and care are unmatched. After moving over 6 hours away, I travel to be taken care by him, as I cannot imagine going to a different doctor. I was a new patient and Dawn worked with getting me the things I needed to make sure that my visit with the doctor went as planned. I was in to see the Dr...and before I was undressed he was ready to see me. The appointment went well and the Dr was honest, polite, and professional. We discussed all my options and I left feeling like a had a good team backing me.

I love Dr. Serrao. I have gone to him for many years. He delivered my son and now my son is almost 8 years old. He makes me feel comfortable and remembers details about my life from year to year. He listens and understands where I am coming from when I voice concerns. I have never had a bad experience with this physician.

He truly cares for his patients and is exceptionally skillful at what he does. His dedication to his patients shows in his professional manner, his patient teaching, procedures, surgeries, and follow up care. I’ve been going to Angelica for over three years now, possibly even longer. She truly is the best!! I only trust her with my face! She knows her craft, and is very knowledgeable. She did wonders with my skin before my wedding. If I could give her more than 5 stars I would. I have sensitive skin so she knows exactly what my skin needs. She’s genuine, sweet, and honest.
