Services
A flowing vinyasa-style yoga class that often includes vinyasa, kriya and asana proven to improve strength, cardiovascular health, and flexibility. Most importantly, we teach yoga, not just asana, by including guidance into breath, presence and awareness. This class is appropriate for all levels (however, if you are intimidated by trying something new, we recommend taking a few Gentle Flow classes first).
1) Go to "Schedule" and "Book" the class you are interested in (be careful to choose "Online" if you want to be sent a link for live-streaming or to be sent a recording link - good for up to 3 days after class concludes). Unlimited memberships are ALL ACCESS to in-person, live-streaming and also recorded classes.
It takes three to six weeks for the body to become neuromuscularly coordinated to a new form of movement or exercise. So, that means the first few classes, the first few weeks, you may feel clumsy, awkward, sore, shaky, light-headed, etc. If any of these symptoms are severe talk to your therapist or doctor and let your instructors at Flow know that you have been experiencing these things.
Corrects muscular imbalances in the body and helps to prevent injuries and imbalances from recurring. Hatha Yoga is all physical yoga. Of course, there are many other aspects, branches and benefits of Yoga. Most importantly, realization of all that you truly are and the connectedness that is the reality of who we are.
At Flow, we want to invite all expecting or postpartum mommas into our regular classes. We know that finding a good time to take a yoga class can be challenging due to the new demands of a changing body or growing new baby.
This is why we offer a Prenatal Workshop series at Flow - allowing new moms, and moms-to-be, to attend a single Saturday workshop and yoga class to learn the essentials behind taking care of your changing body during a yoga class. The workshop cost includes an "8 Classes in 4 months membership" which you may use at your leisure to drop into recommended classes on our regular weekly schedule.

Please know that after being located in downtown Hood River for 17 years, Flow Hood River: Yoga*Move*Connect has a NEW LOCATION at 1015 12th Street in the HR Heights on the block between Farmstand and Pine St Bakery. Great new location with free parking and lots of studio space for distancing and fresh air ventilation. Flow is now live-streaming classes all over the country and offering outdoor/poolside, as well as in-studio classes.

Really friendly and accommodating staff. Studio has walls of historic expose brick and hand carved stone. 2 thumbs up for Stephanie Adams' vinyasa style yoga class! I've enjoyed all the instructors' classes there. Excellent selection of yoga merch for that hard to shop for friend - where else can you get a yoga mat bag made out of recycled Hood River kite sails? 💓

My review is on the massage services in this business.
I asked a local where I could get the best massage in Hood River. I was told to connect with Shery which I promptly did.
Now I have been getting full body massages longer than I can remember. This includes the USA, China, Thailand, Pakistan, and a number of other countries.
When in a new geography it's always a hit and miss proposition.
But today 90 minute experience at this place ranks in the top 5 on my list.
Shery is a pro. Lots of experience and a very reliable masseuse.

Love love love all the classes at Flow! I've probably been about 7 times so far in my 6 week intro package which is only $60! That's the best intro deal I've ever heard of and really lets you try out the studio. They have a great variety of different yoga classes, but also barre yoga, aerial yoga, dance work out classes, strength training, spin.... everything! It's great to get in a good intensity workout in the same space/membership package as my yoga practice. The boutique has gorgeous yoga clothes and accessories from Free People, Teeki and more. I want to buy everything

A calming, authentic studio in a beautiful old building! I've only been to two classes here, but I'd recommend both. I tried the intro to aerial yoga class, and it was incredible how Alli got all of us newbies to do beautiful poses in the silks! She was great at teaching the basic techniques and getting us to try new things. The aerial yoga takes place in an intimate little room upstairs, which I hadn't even known existed. My personal only downside to Flow is that drop in classes are expensive for me, but I believe their intro memberships are a good deal-- if I lived closer, I'd try it for sure

I was always weary of yoga studios in the past, prefering to practice on my own at home after bad experiences with inexperienced or pushy instructors. A friend encouraged me to join Flow and I instantly felt like I connected with a new community and way to practice yoga. The instructors are mindful, friendly, and very experienced. In addition Flow offers such a diveristy in classes so there is something for everyone.

While in Hood River Oregon on vacation, I purchased a week long unlimited pass at Flow Yoga. I enjoyed the freedom of being able to drop in classes as desired. Laurie and Adi are wonderful guides and helped me gain strength and knowledge. If in Hood River, stop by Flow Yoga and maintain health, happiness and a humble perspective while on holiday.

I had a fantastic therapeutic massage done by Shery today. She was absolutely amazing! Very thorough, nice hot oil, and the smells are extremely relaxing.
Calming music and the lights are dim, it's definitely a great setting to relax. A hot towel and cup of cold water are also supplied at the end, that's a plus!
And the scalp massage was a bonus!

Flow yoga was an awesome find for our quick visit to Hood River. The studio was warm, welcoming, clean, and smelled great! Stephanie is one of the most knowledgable yoga instructors I have ever come across. I took the align class and found myself loving and agreeing with all of her cueing for proper alignment. I am a physical therapist and have walked away from Stephanie's class with a few ideas of how to improve my own PT and yoga practices.

Wonderful place for yoga! I was in Hood River and had some down time and decided to find a yoga studio that I could do a drop in at. I didn't even have my mat with me! I found Flow just by doing a search and was impressed with the great reviews. I can honestly say I wasn't let down! The studio is clean and has a wonderful welcoming atmosphere! Drop in was only $15 plus $3 for a mat rental. I went to the core yoga class and the instructor was so helpful and sweet. I understand why it was so packed! If I lived in Hood River I would frequent Flow! I plan on returning whenever I am in the

Flow Yoga is "the REAL DEAL". Flow has evolved amazingly through the years and, in my opinion, provides a world class yoga experience. The teachers truly LIVE yoga and you can feel that in their expertise, energy, and genuine love. I know that I can go to a class at Flow and feel like I am in exactly the right space...at least for an hour or so! Thank you for being here, FLOW, and contributing so beautifully to the HR community.

I love Flow! I moved to HR earlier this year and I was definitely looking for a peaceful "home" to unwind from my busy job and travel schedule. My husband and I made the wise decision to make Flow our daily routine and are so happy we did. Every teacher we've had from barre, to yoga nidra to Dude yoga has been amazing and have turned into friends. Whether you are looking for a spiritual home yourself, new to town or just spending a day or a weekend, Flow is worth the trip.

Coming from the Midwest, this was my first Westcoast yoga class; a little less reserved than what I am used to. It was lovely! We were a little squished in but that was fine. I felt accepted and welcomed. The teacher was a visiting instructor; born in Texas but lives in Malaysia. Her adjustments were perfect and lovely. I was just visiting Hood River for the week but will remember my practice there with fondness.
If you are traveling without a mat, they have nice ones to rent for $3.00.

Flow is Heaven on Earth, seriously. Being trained (led, inspired, taught) by Stephanie, who co-owns Flow, is an experience you must have.
As a former competitive athlete that's worked with many trainers and PT's over the years, I have never met an individual with so much knowledge, intuition and raw talent as Stephanie possesses. She ensures my posture and technique is spot-on, which takes my work outs to another level. She also has a peaceful and beautiful way of getting you to push yourself to do your best.
I travel 16 miles 2-3 times a week just to show up and take the spin, fusion

I no longer live in Hood River, and Flow Yoga is one of the reasons why I am secretly plotting to move back. OK, maybe it's not so secret now.
Flow, run by gifted yoginis Sybil and Stephanie, is world-class in terms of it's yoga and fitness offerings. They also offer esthetic services like facials, massage, and mani/pedis in a tranquil and lovely environment.
If you want to get fit, balanced, and beautiful while visiting Hood River, then definitely pay a visit to Flow. You'll be glad you did!

I moved to Hood River 4 months ago from Enicnitas CA the land of Yoga studios, seriously there were 15 different studios to choose from so I had some pretty high standards for a studio. I was SO excited to find FLOW yoga in Hood River!
There is a great diversity of classes depending on how you feel and what your style of Yoga is, I like the balance between guiding and teaching and the deep knowledge I feel from all of the instructors. I highly recommend the FLOW classes - a class that pushes your boundaries allowing you to deepen your practice and still have a lot of fun.

I practiced at Flow for over five years before moving to the bay area last month.
I started with an Intro To Flow class with Stephanie and before moving to California I completed a RYT-200 hour training with Stephanie and Adi.
They have an amazing staff of instructors and technicians.
I've attended: yoga, cycle, FLY, Fusion, HOT, Hot Power, Pilates, had massages, mani/pedi and attended numerous workshops over the years. All of them above and beyond "good".
They are generous and genuine.
Not to mention the boutique! Lululemon, Prana, YogaFit, Manduka, Papyrus, music, DVD&apos
