This place is awful, they dont even deserve 1 star. We tried multiple times to get things resolved, but they always had some excuse, that changed every time. Wrong prescription and double charges. Then try to tell us they don't do that and they would have made everything right. Still waiting...... We are not the only ones that have had these complaints. Never ever had any issues when this was Valentine Vision. Really really missing Valentine, this place is a disgrace.

I don’t normally leave reviews but Sidney Family Eye Care helped me SO much when me and my son came in to get exams! We ended up getting glasses and contacts as well! My son was nervous, but they made him feel so special that by the end of the appointment he was excited to get glasses, and has been telling everyone he sees that he got his eyes checked and is getting awesome glasses for kindergarten!! The staff is extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about all products and services! And I ended up spending less money than I thought! Bonus! I’ve recommended this place to all of my family
