Charlotte was my hairdresser and she did such an amazing job! I absolutely LOVE the way my hair came out she was so sweet and personable. She gave me exactly what I wanted. I had my hair done by Tamara and she destroyed it. I was doing shadow root while going blonde. The first time I went to her she did such and amazing job. Then I decided to go to her again to go lighter. She left so many blotches and inverted rings all through out my hair. I addressed the issue and she said it was beacuse my hair was already like that, but when she did my hair the very first time I didnt have blotches nor inverted rings. She was upset that she had to redo my hair again. She not only had do it over once but 3 times and she still didnt do it right. I still have about 4 different shades
