We provided our customers with an opportunity to give us feedback by leaving notes in a fishbowl at our office. The response has been overwhelming. The following are a few samples. We will thoroughly explain all of your options to you so that we can accommodate your needs. Our fee is all inclusive - it includes the diagnostic records, all appliances for the entire treatment time, retainers, and all appointments during the 12-month retention period.
After getting your braces on your lips and cheeks may develop sore spots. This is completely normal and very common when getting braces on and after getting adjustments. Only apply wax to offending areas for temporary relief so that you allow cheeks and lips to toughen up and become used to your braces.

Dr. Boyles and his entire team are fantastic! Both my son and I have had braces through Boyles Orthodontics and our teeth look great. I just can't recommend this practice enough; the quality of the treatment plans, the time they take to explain options and provide reasoning behind their recommendations was reassuring throughout the entire process. Their appointments are always running on time and they work very diligently to accommodate personal schedules regarding follow-up's, etc.

Dr. Boyles is great. Everything he has predicted about our child's teeth, needs and progress have been spot on. I wish the staff didn't turn over so quickly. They have set staff that have been there a while and very knowledgeable. But sometimes, they have new staff and that can be a little stressful. I can't wait to see my child's new smile.
