What a great experience I had at Bristol Toyota, from start to finish! Not only did they actually have the exact vehicle I was looking for, they worked with me and my budget to make it possible for me to buy it. From the front desk to the sales staff (Bob M) to the finance dept (Eric)- they went out of their way to make this a positive experience. I went to 2 other Toyota dealerships with no luck- and then I found Bristol Toyota. I highly recommend giving them a look when you’re in the market for a great car.

Bristol Toyota was a breath of fresh air after a month of searching throughout New England for a new car that would suit our family's needs. A deer totaled my Accord in December. I knew I wanted a hybrid SUV. After a horrible experience trying to purchase a car through another dealer who used sleazy sales tactics and completely turned me off, I put a deposit down on a CRV that was set to deliver in early January. Went to Bristol Toyota on a recommendation ftom a friend. Our salesman Jes B. was great. Had to pay upfront for the dealership to get the title to the car we were getting rid of. Was told once the dealership got the title we would be reimbursed what we paid up front. We bought our Rav4 in January 2021 and I'm still fighting with them for my refund. Also spoke to the General Sales Manager Keith Lincoln and all I'm getting is the run around. I will never buy another car from Bristol Toyota. Jim the finance person and Keith the sales manager are not trustworthy. Please do not do business with Bristol

I worked with Juan to lease my 2022 Camry. He was professional and courteous, making my experience seamless from start to finish. He reviewed everything with me to make sure that there were no hidden fees or charges. He even went as far as to discuss potential buy out prices after the lease. If I could give this dealership negative stars, I would. My father of 77 years old has brought his truck here for service since 2005. He recently brought it in for repairs in February and spent over $3000 and at the time asked the dealership to check out the truck and make sure there were no major issues. They took his money and said nothing. Four months later, he brings it back in for an oil change and they tell him the chassis is completely rotted out. When he asks why they didn't tell him this before he gave them $3000 only months before, they claimed ignorance and actually had the nerve to

I've had 3 leases over the years and always had a great experience with Toyota dealerships. Bristol Toyota is literally the worst Toyota dealership I have ever stepped foot in. The sales manager is subpar and that's me being nice. I'll take my business to Balise Toyota in Warwick.

The worst customer service I've ever received in my life. Keith Lincoln and Kayleigh should not be in any kind of customer service at all. Ever. I've never been so belittled and horribly treated before in my life. Avoid this place at all cost. I wish I could give it zero stars.

On Saturday afternoon I was adding oil to our 2019 Avalon and accidentally dropped the oil cap into the engine compartment. After searching for an hour, I took the oil cap from my son-in-law's Camry put it on my Avalon and drove to Bristol Toyota. Long story short, the Service Supervisor took my car right in and removed the panel under the engine compartment and found the oil cap. He gave it to me and told me there would be no charge. I was in a bind since I need to use my car and Bristol Toyota's Service Department really came through. I will be a customer for life.

I went to get a new vehicle. They did not have the vehicle i wanted. They told me I will the following week. I am not happy left a deposit and after a week and a day; no one followed up with me the status of the car. I called a week and 2 days later and was told that it fell through the cracks my transaction basically not worked on or couldn't get me the deal we agreed on. But nothing was done at that point. I am upset that no one followed up. And why take a deposit if you aren't gonna follow through. Biggest mistake they dropped the ball and giving me different excuses and stories.

So disappointed with this company. I initially had a great experience with my sales person who was honest, timely, and very professional. It wasn't until I had an issue with my registration that things went south. I've been going back and forth with them for months about issues with my registration (some of which was my fault which I took ownership of). Finally, after speaking 15+ times to get the issue resolved, I was placed on the phone with a man named Keith. I do not recommend Bristol Toyota to anyone looking to buy any type of car. They give the worst customer service experience to their customers and treat their customers with no respect at all. The cars their sell have no warranty and have second hand parts added on to their cars . The price they show are higher then the Kelly blue boom value and they make customers pay almost twice the price for warranty on top of the price of their car. When customers finally realize that the price are above the Kelly blue book value and they getting ripped off they try force the car on the customers and threatened

Test drove a car with a very friendly and helpful salesman. He was super low pressure and patient with all my questions. The car had previously been recalled so I told him I wanted to do some quick research first.

Emailed the next morning to say I was still interested in the car and if they could make a small concession on the price. The salesman I dealt with had the day off (which he told me about ahead of time), but we agreed that either himself or someone else would be available if I wanted to move forward. My email was bumped over to the internet sales department who told me "the internet
