I am a new boat owner, 2014 Scarab 195 HO Jet Boat, and brought my boat here as I was referred. Not to mention very few options for jet boats that I know of. I had O2 sensor codes and required a over all service. O2 Sensors replaced along with other maintenance repairs. As I am doing prep checks, I come to find a leak. I'm not too sure how this passed QA/QC if a hose was attached to see. You can even see that the seal is almost non-existent and perhaps be taken care of during service. This is how it was returned to me. I haven't even started it up. Now I am realistic and left 4 stars as I am waiting

I was given a quote of $240 for an installation of a wiring harness for my Seadoo. When I arrived to pick up the jet ski, the labor charge was $460. After asking if they were sure, I presented my notes from the quote I received stating the part amount and two hour labor ($240). After they spoke with the technician, they told me, ‘The installation was more involved than they anticipated.’ And then, the service manager told the guy processing my account, ‘This guy will hold me to what I told him over the phone, so change the hourly rate so the labor charge is $240.’ He intentionally announced

These guys were absolutely AWESOME..
Pulled a new seadoo jet ski from Louisiana to destin and had a voltage problem the minute we put it in the water. Called these guys and explains my situation snd that we were on vacation, they immediately told me to bring it in snd they would check it for me snd then determine how they could help. Upon arriving, the Seadoo God Christopher listened to my story snd immediately came to the parking lot with tools and the possible faulty voltage regulator… 2 minutes later we had a new VR, no more codes and they wouldn’t even let me pay for the minimum service

We bought our boat at K&M in December and after a power loss issue Brian went out of his way to get us in to take a look at it. He was able to bump us up almost two weeks in the schedule in case the problem needed parts so we weren't wasting those weeks with our new boat sitting in the driveway during the prime summer months. I brought our boat in as soon as they opened before work on a Thursday and by early afternoon they were already calling me to let me know what the problem was. It turned out their techs had called the manufacturer to find an easy fix with the air box and everything

This is hands down the worst service department and the worst sales man ever I dropped my brand new 2021 seadoo off to get serviced and there service manger Jake told me they would look at it and give me an answer my Wednesday when I dropped it off it was Friday I called Wednesday afternoon just to see if they had any answers but instead he said very rudely no look we have ur ski it’s in line but won’t get looked at until next month and I just bought this ski maybe 2 months ago From John at the service department luckly I knew exactly what model I wanted cause they were not any help inside

I'm writing to praise and thank a specific employee. I did not get his name but he was taller with a short reddish beard. This was July 3rd at about 9:30am in the service department. I drove from Kentucky to run my SeaDoo in Destin; something I always wanted to do. After 6 years of running perfect she failed to start at the ramp. Thinking it the solenoid I took it to KM looking for a part. The tall gentleman with the short reddish beard came outside and diagnosed the problem. He used his own personal battery jumper from his personal vehicle to reveal the real problem; my battery had gone bad

I am so thankful there are businesses like this one! Customer service like this is hard to come by these days. I am still in shock about how well we were treated. We hauled our boat from Texas to discover it was not working properly. These guys are the only Scarab dealer in town and although we did not purchase our boat from them, they sure treated us like we had. They took the best of care to get us back on the water. Visited KM just to "window shop." My husband was looking at the 2019 Honda Grom. He purchased 2 50cc bikes just 2yrs ago from them and the service was excellent so it was a no brainer who we'd go back to. We met John the salesman who was the nicest, most knowledgeable salesman! My husband was just supposed to "window shop" but he ended up buying a Grom today. John made this the easiest purchase. We had zero issues buying this bike. John, Terry, and the finance guy made everything so straight forward and easy for us and spent sooo much time talking to my husband about bikes

Faith Restored! I have honestly had a negative outlook on the aftercare from dealers such as KM Cycle for a pretty good while. But after dealing with Brian and his staff with the service department I have nothing but good things to say. They where very helpful and patient with me on my issue. They took the time to text pics and videos with me since I am about an hour away. They called me back when they said they would. I was even able to talk to the mechanic to get answers to my issue. That is almost harder to do then finding a four leaf clover. Its worth the drive if they aren't close to you.

Great guy's. Louis and Steve worked hard to get us a great out the door price. Their printer went out so that delayed us getting back on the road. We had a 6 hour drive. But they were very accommodating to get us out the door as quickly as possible. Louis was a nice guy to just sit and talk to. I would definitely buy from them again. Thanks guys we love our outlander.

I travel extensively throughout the deep south. I have a 2014 CanAm Spyder RT Limited that I just took in for the 9,000 mile service. I previously had service at the dealer near the New Orleans airport and in Goldsboro, NC. All the dealers have treated me well. Bonus, the service writer here remembered me, he was the service writer in New Orleans where I bought the Spyder last year.
The service was done promptly and the unit is running even better than when I brought it in. You know how it can be, you ride one a few thousand miles and little things get slowly out of adjustment. Because it happens
