Trusted Homecare Services is a nurse registry referring reliable aides to seniors in the following Florida Counties: Broward, Palm Beach, Martin, St. Lucie, Okeechobee, Lake, Indian River and Marion. This allows seniors to be able to live independently and confidently in their own homes. The aides are able to provide in-home care for a short period of time, or for long term.
This makes a great alternative to assisted or nursing home living situations. Support for seniors who are in the hospital or rehab exists too. With a bit of assistance, your loved one will easily be able to keep their usual routines and lifestyles. You may be eligible to receive up to $2000 a month to pay for your Homecare and Assisted Living needs.

Trusted Homecare Services recognize veterans benefits as very important. There is a commonly unrecognized Veterans Administration (VA) benefit for use by either the veteran or a surviving spouse called Aid & Attendance. It is solely used to offset medical expenses i.e Homecare and medical bills. The benefit provides money monthly to supplement medical expenses including home care.
Taking care of a loved one for a long time is extremely costly for anyone. Medicaid is a program that is paid for by the government that takes care of people that have an income of $2130 or less, and assets of $2000.00 or less, depending on the current requirements. The idea of Medicaid benefits is that aged and/or disabled people being able to get assistance as far as healthcare costs are concerned.

We used Trusted Home Care for my mother because they were recommended by her insurance. I have to say it was a terrible experience the staff in the office is very unprofessional and rude especially Jennifer the case manager. She is rude condescending and has an attitude! My mom had an aid that took her grocery shopping after leaving the store my mom who has poor vision realized the aide used her debit card to buy groceries. It was not a significant amount maybe $35 to $40 but the aide did not ask my mom. I called the agency to report this and I was asked does that mean you donโt want her anymore

The aides this agency have been sending to my 90+ year old mother are good at coming late, leaving early and, for the last 3 or 4 days not showing up. My mother cannot prepare food for herself, needs help washing and dressing and with minor housework like washing dishes. My sisters and I are in the northeast so we need an agency thatโs dependable and responsive. My mother began calling the agency when the first aide didnโt show up several days ago. No response. Another aide bailed and no replacement or response from the agency. And again. And finally today emergency services sent the police

SUCH A BAD SERVICE. First of all, the Palm Beach Senior Coordinator Eliane, is very rude, some times she acts like she doesn't care at all. I understand that her position may be stressful but for sure we don't deserve be treated like a street dog. They are always making excuses to give preference to their 'friends' instead of trying to find a way or a solution to what the elder in need really is trying to achieve to make their environment more comfortable, and when I say that, I mean that some times they give preference to the "friends" over the hard worker employees, the ones who go there to work
