My name is Mark Klodzinski, and in 2010 I embarked on a Walk Across America from New York, to Florida, to California (4500 Miles), to honor my brothers' service and our nations Veterans. The long and winding road led to me moving to Houston afterwards. Ten years later, I am married with three adorable children and am washing windows, houses, driveways and gutters.
A brick restoration or brick house wash is a more specialized cleaning approach, as the growth on your home is more difficult to neutralize. No pressure needed to clean. Algae is present because rick and mortar is porous and is like a sponge. Multiple applications and special care is needed when neutralizing the growth and removing the dirt.

Mark is very professional and responsive. He performed gutter cleaning and house wash for us. We could not get the back of our house ready for cleaning as we were unable to clear out all the vine growth covering parts of our house. Mark told us he would come back and finish the areas that need cleaning once we can get it ready to clean! He is very devoted to doing the best job possible for his clients!!! Mr. Deeds went above and beyond when power washing my driveway, restoring my exterior brick walls and cleaning my gutters and windows. Mark worked non-stop for an entire day to get everything looking amazing. He was very thorough and made sure nothing was missed. He was very professional and took the time to explain everything to me. The next day multiple neighbors were complementing the work that was done. I am still in disbelief on the transformation.

Our normal Christmas light installer no-showed on us two days in a row so my wife found Mark on the Next Door app. I called him and explained the situation and told him I really wanted to get the lights up quickly. He came out the next day and hung them for me. Not only that, he honored the price I was planning to pay the other company. He also cleaned out one of my gutters and drain spouts.
That’s the type of customer service I look for from a small business owner and that’s the reason he’ll continue to get my business.

The windows on my house look fantastic and their price point is GREAT! Mr. Deeds did an excellent job. The cleaning service is quick, yet very thorough. I'm so impressed with the result! My windows are crystal clear now with no streaks or film and all of the cloudy mold that had been forming under the screens is gone.
