Energy conservation and consumption has become increasingly important as the years have passed. Fresh Air Heat Exchangers will prevent heat loss, save energy, cut costs and boost the amount of fresh air that comes into your home. There are many household products that emit vapors and chemicals in the air from furniture, paints and varnishes as well as laundry detergents and cleaning sprays.
With proper maintenance and upkeep, you almost never have to replace your furnace. However, repairs can be very expensive as the furnace gets to be approximately 15 years old. As new technology becomes available engineers are capable of makeing improvements to increase efficiency, comfort, reliability and lower sound levels.

The furnace technician who came out to our house "wiggled the box and moved the wires around". Of COURSE the furnace quit working again less than a week later. He also gave me a hard sell and told me that we should replace our 10 year old furnace. He did not say any of this to my husband. As a woman, I definitely felt like I was being talked down to, and I will never use their service again. A total waste of $225.

I had an intermittent problem with my furnace, Arrow HVAC LLC was able to come and repair it in a very timely manner. He diagnosed the problem, it was an inducer motor not working all the time. Steve replaced the motor and we had heat again. Steve was very friendly. I will definitely call Arrow HVAC the next time I have a problem. The price was reasonable.

The owner and only technician for this company came out to our hours to fix our heating a system a total of 6 times over 7 weeks. 2 of these visits were free because of his guarantee/warranties however we paid him a total of $3600 for the other 4 visits. Each time he came out, his story changed slightly as to why our system wasn’t working and why it wasn’t his fault. After paying Arrow HVAC $3600, we had to pay another company to completely replace our boiler! And of course he refuses to refund any of our money despite his 90 day labor guarantee stating that the fixes he made are working â€
