Goodness, where do I start... I had written an initial review, but it didnt really do Rob justice, so I had to write a more befitting one. Rob is literally the best realtor you will find in the area. It took my husband and I almost 6 months to find a home, at some point having to pull out of contract, and I dont think that there's any one better we could have gone through the process with . Rob is awesome. I was having trouble selling my house after moving for 6 months with a different realtor, brought in Rob since he sold another home similar to mine in the neighborhood, and the difference between the first realtor and Rob was night and day.
My house was very much a standard house for the price range, and I knew that meant I needed to put a little money into it after moving out to keep interest up after hitting the market. From the moment I contacted Rob to let him know we were selling our home, he was immediately involved and prepared to roll up his sleeves to begin the arduous journey of selling our home. I guess I’ll add my 5 star review to the rest of the 5 star reviews. When we started our home buying process from the state of N. Dakota, we found Rob through his google reviews and contacted him based off of that. Let me tell you, he is worth every 5 star review! He made the home buying process from another state so easy for us. He was in constant contact with us and kept us in the loop every step of the way. We were able to buy a bank foreclosure completely worry free due to having Rob as our realtor. I really cannot say enough good things about him. Also, he does a pretty great Hank Hill impersonation

If you need a realtor to take care of all the small details then Rob is the go to person. I have used him to purchase two homes and sell another home. He solves all the problems just like his own and leaves nothing to chance and keeps me in the loop so I know the details. I will be using him again when I sell my home.

Rob helped us when my fiancee (now wife) and I were househunting in the Norman area. I'll start by saying that we aren't the easiest house buyers. We're both pretty demanding, and we had different wish lists in a new house. So, something that was very appealing to one of us, was somewhat less appealing to the other. Rob handled it all with grace and good humor, and never acted as if we were a burden. He just kept plugging away until we found the right house for both of us.

I'll chime in with another five-star review for Rob. He's professional, he's knowledgeable, he's hard-working, and his attitude is great. He helped my wife and I find our house. It took a while, because we were each looking for different things, but he never got frustrated and never stopped plugging away. Eventually, he found a great house for us, and it's one that we probably would not have found on our own.
Even better, he's provided excellent post-sale help finding the right people to do work for little fixes and improvements. I've been very happy with the people he's recommended.

There is so much good to say about Rob that it is hard to know where to start. I feel like it is important to say that we were looking at houses on and off for a year, and had spent a lot of time with A LOT of different realtors.I didn't feel particularly confident with any of them to be honest, (and we even had one that wanted us to fill out an exclusivity contract with her without even showing us a house!) until we met Rob.
Rob is SO knowledgeable about a vast variety of items, and will catch and mention things that you may never even consider being a factor that you should take into account

We moved from Indianapolis to Mustang, Ok and without Rob Schaerer's help it would't have been possible! He went above all measures to make us feel comfortable and help us at anytime of the day. Rob was a great realtor to work with, we were referred to him by friends and we couldn't be more pleased. I was very particular about what I was looking for in a house and Rob made a tremendous effort to show us what we wanted while staying in our price range. As first time home buyers we were new to the whole process and Rob did a wonderful job walking us through each step of the process in a way we could easily understand.
