I only leave reviews for truly awful experiences or truly outstanding ones. This review is for the latter. Amazing had a crew at our place for two days, finding areas of our yard to make look great ahead of wedding events. They went WAY above and beyond. We will continue to use their services and consider ourselves fortunate to have finally found a professional landscaping service company.

I want to give credit to the owner. He came to my house to personally review the work that was done - or not done. He and I discussed what was done and what needed to be done to make the work acceptable. I believe the owner truly wanted to make amends and stand by his guarantee, which I greatly appreciated.

They failed to show up the first time we scheduled them. They failed to show up the second time we scheduled them. We contacted them to fire them and asked to speak to their manager. They said he was not in and then left a message. We never got a callback. They showed up the next day unmasked. Mowed the lawn did a quick edge but didn't blow as per our contract. We therefore fired them for a second time. They tried to blame the lack of service on a lawnmower breaking down. I made it very clear that operational issues on their side should not impact the customer commitments on our side. The

Amazing Landscape Services has done an excellent job taking care of my lawn by thatching, overseeing and fertilizing on a timely manner. I mowed and edged my yard yesterday for the first time of the season. It has never looked better this early in the season.

The guys are AMAZING! I would recommend them to anyone and everyone!!! Once we had 2-1/2 tons of gravel in the driveway blocking the entrance to the back yard and they surprisingly made they’re way over the heap of gravel and finished the job in the back. The guys are committed to doing they’re job and do excellent work, our yard looks amazing! Definitely live up to their name!

I appreciate good communication skills and ALS has always done this very well. Crews were always on time and if they had to change schedules this was always well communicated to me. I was always happy with the job the crews did and I would not hesitate to hire them again.
