When we perform a home inspection for you, we will be visually inspecting every part of the property from the foundation to the roof. I secured Russ' services on recommendation of my realtor. While I can't compare 45th Parallel to another inspector, I can say that Russ and his team were responsive in communications. He was very thorough with his inspection and met with me afterwards to explain the items and details that showed up in my report. Would I use 45th Parallel again without shopping around? Yes.

45th Parallel did a home inspection on a newly constructed home I purchased in Washougal, WA (Dec. 2021). The home inspector, Pearson, was very professional and very knowledgeable. The company is very responsive. I also paid to have the main sewer line scoped from the house to the city's line. It was worth every penny to have the line scoped. This is a great company to do business with.

We needed a home inspection for a home we were purchasing, and 45th Parallel Home Inspection had been recommended to us by a family member, who also used them for an inspection last year. They did a very thorough job and provided a very comprehensive report. They identified issues--both major and minor--with the home that we could not see during our tour of the home. As a result, it prevented us from buying a home that would have cost thousands of dollars to repair. We are still looking for another home to purchase, and they will be our first call for the inspection.

I’m glad we had this guy inspect a house before we bought it. There we a lot of unexpected problems that he found and by the looks of the beautiful house, you would never know. He was very thorough and honest. He took close up pictures of everything he noted for clarity.

45th Parallel Home Inspection was a terrific experience. The team arrived on time, did a very thorough inspection of the home. We sat down for a well organized verbal summary of the findings, and had the opportunity to ask questions. The next morning the full written report arrived including pictures of all the areas of concern. The report was well organized, easy to read, and very informative.
