Dr. Carmine A. Nicastro, Jr. is our practice founder. He has been a mentor to many who have entered the profession, including the two other doctors in our practice. Our practice originated in 1959 in Queens, NY, when Dr. Carmine Nicastro Jr. graduated from chiropractic school. In 1972, after relocating to upstate NY, he renovated the flood stricken 83 West Pulteney Street location.

Katie, Cooper and Kathie are kind, compassionate, friendly and courteous ladies, and they have the experience and know-how to always go the extra mile to assist you with your spinal care needs.
The Habitat for Humanity mission is that everyone should have a decent, safe and affordable place to live. Since 2014, our office has been participating with the Schuyler County Habitat for Humanity project under the direction of Marion Nicastro. We wanted to give everyone an update on the Schuyler County Habitat for Humanity House that will be named in memory of Dr. Carmine Nicastro Jr.
First, and foremost, we understand you are in our office because of your pain and your concerns. From our experience, your prognosis is the best when you become an active participant in all aspects of your care. We like to review our findings and impressions with you so you can make informed decisions.
It is well accepted that joint motion is important for recovery. Chiropractic works with applying motion to the joint segment to decrease inflammation and reduce muscle spasms. We understand that no two patients, even with similar problems, will respond the same way to the same technique. With three doctors of chiropractic, we are able to offer multiple forms of chiropractic technique.

Such a great group of practitioners. I was originally referred to the practice by my late father who had a chronic back condition. He saw Denise for years & when I began have issues of my own, I then began seeing her. From the front end staff who are always courteous and helpful, to the doctor's themselves, I always leave me appts. feeling like I've received the best services. They are the prototype of what a family run business should always strive to be.

I was in a accident at work 2.5 years ago been dealing with disk in low back and neck and needles and pin in arms an legs and feet I been to a lot of doctor and specialist. Over all Corning's chiropractic has help keep me at lower pain level with routine visits and stretching and using natural medicine. This guys will treat you like professional and much more like you R in important. They listen and care how you feel .so if you want to start feeling better .give them a try it helps there all great people there.

I have been going to Corning Chiropractic for 21 years after a work related accident. I’ve been treated by all of the Drs over that time with great results by all. The Drs are all very professional as is their staff. It’s very comforting knowing that if one Dr isn’t in , you can see another one with the same great results. I go as needed and usually it is just one treatment and I’m good to do my everyday business. They are so good and helpful that I wouldn’t go any place else even with my 72 mile round trip. Bruce

I was referred to Corning Chiropractic by a friend after experiencing constant shoulder pain for days. I decided to give them a try after 2 massages did little to ease the pain and discomfort I had. I have to say that Dr. Kartzman (who I saw) was excellent!! He was professional, very friendly, communicated so well throughout the visit and knew exactly what to do. I can honestly say after he worked with me I immediately felt better and I continue to improve. I'm excited to have found this place!!

This was my first experience seeing a chiropractor. The office is very comfortable and I was seen very promptly at every appointment. I went in with pain and discomfort that I’ve had for years, and have been feeling better since my first visit. In only a few visits over a few weeks I am pain and discomfort free and have a good preventative maintenance plan for home to keep me feeling good! Dr. Ascioti is excellent, very knowledgeable, explained everything very well and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend! Thank you!

Everyone who works at Corning Chiropractic is great. I've been to see each chiropractor there and they each have their own style which is nice, and I've always had relief with every adjustment I've had there. They all are super friendly too, as well as the girls at the front desk. An all around very pleasant atmosphere with friendly, helpful people. I recommend them all the time to others!

I dare say, that Dr. Denise & I have been patient/Dr. for nearly 25 years. I love that those who know her as a Dr. & a friend call her Dr. Denise :) I love how she talks about everything with you.
