First it takes 3 months to get in for an appointment. Their hours are so incredibly inconvenient for working people. They are not open late or weekends or Wednesdays. The staff are not very competent. I paid my bill and a couple hours later they call and they forgot to charge me for the exam. They only called me when my glasses came and forgot to call me for when my contacts came in. It took a month for my contacts to come in. I tried to call multiple times to get a staff member to schedule a time to get my glasses cut but they never answer (this was during normal business hours). This was my first

Absolutely horrible service! They never answer the phone when you call, I’ve tried calling different days of the week during their work hours and they never answer. They never called to let me know my glasses/contacts were in. When you pay your bill they’ll give you money off your bill just to leave a good review.

Took over 3 months to get my husbands correct glasses. Have now been waiting 18 days for my sons glasses. Many, many phone calls have been ignored, I have called and left messages, called and gone in to find out what’s going on and have been told every time “I’ll look into it and call you right back”

I am giving three stars to the staff at this office. Dr. Briggs does not get any. I am a diabetic and based on one reading and one lab test that was not recent, he refused to measure my eyes for glasses, even after I told him I would accept responsibility if my eyes changed and the glasses prescription needed to be changed. I waited one month for an appointment, had to take an entire day off work, and drove two hours to see him because of insurance reasons. His demeanor, even prior to him knowing anything about me, was rude and pretentious. He cut me off when I attempted to explain a statement

Gone downhill for over the last 2 years, first found out the woman Donna who had been there for years was gone, was told retired later found out she had a medical issue and instead of a wonderful employee being told I will work with you until this is taken care of she was told if the patients begin to notice your lack of compitancy it’s best you leave, she did! Then found out another favorite Amanda went on maternity leave only to need 2 extra weeks due to child care and was fired! Arrogant Dr. and self absorbing with no care for long time dedicated employees. Disgraceful. Avoid! Took my business

A year ago I would have given this place a 5 star rating. The doctors are great. I've never had an issue with either of them. But the staff quality has gone way down. The only saving grace there is Amanda. This place is sorely missing Donna's skills. I will continue to go there for the time being but am actively looking for another place to go.

Had an eye exam done and ordered glasses + contacts. Spent extra out of pocket for glasses lenses that had a 2 year warranty. While stationed at Ft. Lee I needed to re-order contacts from the post optometrist and it took three weeks for Crystal Vision to fax my prescription, which was just handwritten on a piece of paper instead of a legal prescription. It took two more weeks to have a copy faxed that could actually be filled. During this time, one of my glasses lenses chipped. When returning to the area, I inquired about repairing my glasses. They informed me that my warranty was apparently only
