Meredith Ayers definitely knows what she is doing. It was such a smooth process from start to finish. It was multiple offers, closed in under 4 days, and 6,000 over asking price! She was always so sweet and attentive. She answered all of our questions and concerns when we needed her. She would travel to meet us anywhere even though she lived like 45 min away. This was our first time selling a home. It was such a GREAT experience and we learned soo much! I would highly recommend her!!
