Waited 8 weeks (called and stopped by in the interim) for something I was told would take 3 weeks to be framed. Backlogged is one thing but the combination of a failure to proactively communicate the issue and promising 2 more weeks only to have me get to the point where I just wanted my art back and THEN have it done means no, I wouldn't and couldn't recommend them to anyone.
