New Leaf Flower provided me excellent customer service. Since I was ordering from California for a relative in her senior years, I was concerned about the flowers being successfully delivered. We walked in to order an arrangement for my brothers memorial and were completely clueless as to what we wanted. Jason, asked a few questions about what we wanted as far color scheme and details about the type of service we were holding. We left the shop feeling very pleased with how helpful and patient he was. When we arrived at the funeral home my husband and I were beyond impressed with the arrangement Jason created for my brother!! It was a true representation of a few things that he loved. Thank you!! They were so KIND and helpful!!
I literally called at three and they close at five and the delivery person was already on the road… they understood my sense of urgency and made every effort to make a beautiful arrangement and delivered to my sister-in-law by 5 PM. I couldn’t be happier!!!
