Contacted the company to schedule a duct clean in my home following a remodel. When the techs arrived they informed me that they are not hvac certified and can only clean the ducts from the registers down through the ductwork and not from my actual furnace system. They aren't authorized to to go into the existing plugged holes in the duct lines or drill new ones. Their equipment isn't set up for that. That would have been nice to know at the time I called and made the appointment. Their equipment wouldn't fit into my register openings either.
