I am a first time home owner and I do not have much knowledge on HVAC systems. I was having a problem with my furnace which was diagnosis and repaired quickly! Tim and his team made my first HVAC issue painless and stress free. I am beyond grateful for their knowledge and patience while explaining the issue with me. I have used this company twice for my home and business. The work they do is marginal at best .They replaced an air conditioner in my home and a furnace at our business. When other vendors were at the biz. they said the work they did was " very sloppy." The business practices they use border line on bad to very bad . We have been in biz. for over 30-Years we have a perfect relationship with all of our vendors. I have never had a company come to my home beating on all of our doors at 8 am in the morning and yelling our name.... for a payment that was less than 24-hours past due. Yea...these guys
