Dr Visscher, hygienists and assistants are excellent, so I will continue to be a patient in spite of the office manager. Brittany had no interest in what caused the ball to be dropped during my last appointment (x-rays lost, insurance claim ignored). Her only concern was making sure today's bill was paid (which I had every intention of doing); her "help" included a generous amount of snark. If you can avoid dealing with her, your experience at Golden Peaks Dental will be positive.

*edit update* I’ve now had several procedures done here and my opinion remains the same. Dr. Visscher and his team are awesome. I love their office and their service. My mother also adores this place and she’s the world’s pickiest person ;) so that is saying a lot! *End update*

GREAT office. I don't normally do reviews, but this office certainly deserves the review. To each their own and someone will always want to complain about something or another. When it comes down to it though this office is one of the best, most warm welcoming dental offices I've ever gone to and from the front office gals, to my hygienist and on to the dentist Dr. Visscher, I've never felt so well taken care of and extremely confident in this whole office. I would highly recommend this dental office to anyone and my family and closest friends all go here.

My family and I have been going here for years. they used to be great. they recently restructured the management and for the past couple yeast the service and really deteriorated. Constant staff turn over (big red flag on management) and overall poor service.
Then their billing has gone into the extreme range. My last visit (which will be my last visit) i had to pay $20 more then insurance would cover. they said this was because they were a premium office, okay.... I paid it right there, whatever its $20 right. Then a month later I get an "OVERDUE" bill for another $37. now this is offensive,

Horrifying! Golden Peak Dental has taken one of the most cherished dental practices and turned it into an absolute nightmare practice for a patient. The founder of this dental practice, Dr. Ronald Morse, (the name has since changed to Golden Peak Dental and the Google page transferred over) died suddenly 2 years ago and I am sure would be extremely disappointed in what has happened to his beloved patients. Since going to Dr. Visscher, I have had nothing but negative experiences. When my crown broke, Dr. Visscher told me (after I was in the chair) that he could not honor Dr. Morse’s 5-year guarantee

This is one of the best dental experiences I have had. I've had two very good dentists before, but decided to go to Dr. Visscher after moving away from my other offices, so my expectations were high. I am usually a little anxious about going to the dentist but the atmosphere at Golden Peak Dental is very calming and relaxing. My hygienist, Erika, was very kind and gentle and made my teeth feel very clean. Dr. Visscher is also very kind and does a thorough examination of your teeth as well as your tongue and jaw. The office communications through email and text are great for young, busy individuals

This office was amazing. They were very friendly and helpful in answering all of the questions I had. Dr. Visscher was very knowledgeable and thorough with his examination. They made me feel welcome and that any concerns I had would be listened too and taken care of! I got a great cleaning from the hygienist and it didn't make my mouth or teeth sore at all! I would highly recommend this office to anyone!!

I've been going here for almost 20 years and my wife has been going for close to 30. We recently experienced the most appalling service I have experienced at any establishment in my 43 years of life. We are changing dentists as are the rest of our immediate and extended family. Don't go here. It used to be a great dentist, not anymore.

I've been going to this office almost 20 years. Since Dr. Morse passed away, they've changed their policies. They no longer send out paper invoices, they email them. Unfortunately, THEY NEVER NOTIFIED ANYONE! I looked in my junk mail one day and there was an invoice threatening collections! How many people know to look in their junk mail especially if they don't know one is coming. This shadiness is causing me to look for a new dentist.

They did a very good job of making me feel safe. It can be scary in these corona times to go to the dentist, but the risk is much higher for them, so i felt confident that they would not work on me if they didn’t feel safe. If they are safe, I believe that I am safe.

Awesome experience with Dr. Brandon Visscher & team this morning. Stellar COVID procedures & pristine hygiene. And their customary professionalism and warmth. My last visit was September 2019. A devoted dentist's daughter, I've never gone this long without a cleaning! Whew! Pearly whites are happy now...
